Our Story

Pastures of Liberty operates under

Nola Naturals,

Nola was was established in 2014 in the Rocky Mountain Community of Howard CO. We now reside on 45 acres of natural beauty in Avondale,CO.

Our motivation and roots in providing clean, sustainable, regenerative agriculture comes from wanting to leave behind a legacy of water management and land stewardship for our children and future generations to come.

Our farm has been primarily a pasture poultry operation with a previous state inspected processing facility, we currently now sell only by the share in bulk packages to the public.

Facility processing is available at the beginning of every year for minimum 3,000 bird contracts catered to restaurants, food hubs, local grocers and buying clubs.

We run a multitude of animal systems ranging from dairy cows, sheep, swine and poultry through Holistic Management practices to ensure we take in account our social, economic and environmental impacts.

We practice permaculture principals and agroforesty in staging our gardens, 400 tree orchard and pastures to continue to help mimic nature at its finest. 

We are a Direct to Consumer Market farm heading into our 10th year and look forward to building relationships with all of you as we continue on this epic journey.
