Our Quarter Share Meat Bird CSA 13 Whole Dressed Birds. Average weight 3.5-4 pounds This package is known as Know your Food. Great for Individuals who love to cook. Birds will not be available until first processing date in the late May early June .  Birds Arrive Mid March, we are only running 3,000 birds this 2025 season and only in spring so don't miss out! Rangers take 12-14 until processing, so this can give you a bit of a look into the time frame to receive your purchase. Arrangements for pick up or delivery will be made at that time of harvest.. There is an added cost for storage if you are unable to receive your package all at once, which you will be invoiced on individual cases.( $20 month for freezer space)  This also applies to delivery outside of Pueblo County.
